I have frizzy dry hair!:/ so everytime I try to do wavy hair on me it turns out to be very puffy and I hate it. I was thinking can I straighten out my hair two days or one before I do the wavy hair? 2000 Jetta GLS 5-speed stalls at stop sings and in turns?

i just bought a 2000 Jetta GLS with 99K miles, when i start the car it has a low idle at first, like its about to die, then settles at 900rpm, then i give it gas and it is shuttery like its gonna die, and when im stopped at a stop sign or making a turn it will die, and the battery light comes on. I checked the battery and alternator there both good, i cleaned the MAF sensor, and unplugged it and the motor runs the same, so i dont think thats it. Also i have a code of p1580, im not sure if this has to do with the motor running like it is. Another thing is when im driving and i am accelerating and abruptly let off the gas it jerks, not side to side but like fwd, im very frusterated and would appreciate any help.

It's not really my whole head, but my bangs. They grow so fast that I end up having to cut them almost every other week. I have I&K human hair clip in extensions. You can sleep with them in but they might be uncomfortable or get pulled out and you might have to put them back in the morning. The point of clip ins is that you can take them in and out very quickly and easily. You can swim with them but wash them well after. I would take them out for swimming if they are lighter than dark brown because they might have been bleached to the colour required. Take extensions out to wash your hair because the hair and yours will get tangled in the clip and if you blow dry your hair the clip could get hot. It depends how often you wear them as to how often you wash them. If you wear them everyday then once or twice a week or if you curl them you might want to wash the curl out. I wash mine with my normal shampoo and conditioner under the tap, hot, warm, or cold it doesn't make much difference. Straighten them separately and then put them in because if not really secure the straighteners will pull them out. Curl them already in your hair so they match the curl and the curling iron doesn't pull. Very easy to put in, mine take a few seconds for each one.

when you apply the brake hard enough to lock up the tire the speed sensor tells the computer that the abs needs to kick into action. thats why the brakes are pulsating (it thinks you are skidding) your abs is prob on all the time while braking you can only feel the pulsating at slower speeds. you aren't getting warning lights because the computer sees the abs working properly by what the speed sensor is telling it. sometimes if you hit a bump or turn sharply while abs is working you will get a flash of a warning for a second or two. replace your speed sensors, if you are handy I'm sure you can diy if you research online first prob get parts for 200 or less, and spend a sat afternoon. good luck.

Hi, Im 14 and have been having prolonged periods for nearly 2 years now. They last months from time to time. My mother thinks it's normal because I won't have a period for 3 months then my period will last for months. She said it's because I'm a teen and they'll get normal as I get older. I have tried to install it, ive had the safety counsel, and the hospital but it just seems like we can never get it to recline enough. the angle of the seats and the space between the the fron and back seats and the hump in the middle just wont let it happen. The hospital finally installed it behind the passenger seat but its still doeant seem to go back far enough and his head goes fwd when he falls asleep. Does anyone know of a car seat that will work and can be in the middle?

But I think it's bad to just straighten my hair. When I get straight out the shower I let my hair dry and once it drys it's so curly and like a Afro ! I hate it ! Everytime I try to put mouse or hairspray it still gets big and nasty. Brief Sickness after Sunbed?

Recently used a sun bed (Well, sun booth, it was one where you stood up)... I was only in for 3 minutes... as it was my first time using a sun bed, and im not planning on using it as a regular thing, just to take the edge of the white glow for summer low, so that i have a slight 'slow'. After i got out and got dressed,about 5 minutes later i felt really really sick, however, within a minute or two it passed? What are the chances of this being related to the sun bed or being related to something else? (At the moment im experimenting with some food intolerances i might have, so could be linked to that?) Or is it likely to be not drinking enough before i used it, eating to soon before i used it, or that my body just doesnt like it? We are looking at cooling a house we bought a couple of months back that we have been fixing up. It was a foreclosure so ofcourse the heat pump was missing from the house. We will eventually have to shell out the money for a heat pump but want to prolong it until we need heat (which is SC will be beginning of October) to give us a chance to save up for it. I am looking at window units to get us by for the summer. House is 1.5 stories, 1900 sq ft - 400 of which are upstairs and we have an 8000 or 10000 btu air conditioner we bought a year ago that can cool that when we are upstairs. With the 1500 or less sq ft down stairs I am wondering which will be the better options as far as our electric bill goes. I mentioned two different options, two mid size units, or 1 big unit. The pros of the smaller units are they seem energy efficient and can run off 115 volts so i wouldn't have to change anything electrical, also they can give me more control (say i wanted a bedroom to be cooler at night, etc.) However my main concern is my energy bill. Will the larger unit be more energy efficient even though it has a lower EER number because it is running off 220v and everything is coming out of one location? Need someone with more knowledge about this to help. Thanks in advance.

Why do people make such a big deal about calories?

The human body was built for survival. A person wont become "malnourished" after a few days of eating below the "recommended calorie intake". Sure, after a prolonged period with very little food, you will become tired and physically weaker, and depending on what exactly youre eating, you may face a risk of becoming malnourished. But theres nothing wrong with short term periods of fasting or eating small amounts, especially when theyre eating only a few hundred calories below the "norm". A person is only "starving" if their levels of body fat reach a certain percentage. So people need to stop telling others theyre "starving themselves" when they say theyre doing a low calorie diet for a few days. So-called "starvation mode", only occurs after a longer period of time, not if someones doing a 48 hour fast or some fad diet to fit into a wedding dress or something. And fyi, the weight CAN stay off if the person carefully monitors their calorie intake, slowly increasing it afterwards, instead of just stuffing there faces with fried chicken and burgers right after (which is why most people gain the weight back, because they start eating way too much). No one has ever died or become "malnourished" after a short term low calorie diet. Its so annoying seeing people always exaggerate about calories on here.

I never run almost bald tires on my car, I replace my tires once they hit 4/32 of tread left. I have always been told that the best tires go up front on a fwd car. Every tire place I went to had no problem putting the best tires up front (but that might change). One winter I had bad front tires and decent back tires (about 5/32-6/32 tread left on the back ones). Every time I would drive in any amount of snow I would slide all over the road and getting any momentum and going up hills was hard. Ever since this happened to me I always got the 2 best tires put up front when winter came around. I was able to drive through the bad weather just fine without any problems. I have been looking up this topic online and there is a lot of debate wether or not the best tires should go in the back or front. Usually the article tells you to put them in the back and people argue that it is stupid. Some articles say the best ones should go up front. I want peoples opinion explaining why. Help me choose between perfomance economy cars.?

Daily driver, first car, all seem about equal. Subaru WRX (5 door), Mazdaspeed3, Hyundai Genesis 2.0T, Honda Civic Si (4 door), Sentra SE-R Spec V or any other performance "economy" car. I think you get what I mean lol. I know Subaru interiors are crap and it seems like they are having a knock issue with highish milage. I like the 6spd with the Mazda Hyundai and Civic. Not sure if the Nissan has that but I don't really like Nissan due to experience with them. I like Subaru awd. Im leaning towards the Mazda because of experience, bang for buck, fwd (rather than rwd from hyundai), and practicality (I must drive through snow and carry at least 3 passengers with 2 bags each (for swimming and school lol) Opinions?

first and most importantly u just have to accept who you are! for the hair i would get maybe highlights and lowlights to add dimension also use a glossing shampoo fredrick fekai has a great one! if you have a face that is quite square WEAR IT LONG! thats the best way to soften it. u can try wearing it in a side part too and see what u think. if it is more oval then you can really do whatevs and ull still look great! with the nose u will just have to embrace it sorry! i think that that shape of lips are great but u can also use a lip plumper on the top and then put normal clear lip gloss un the bottom so u have a little plumping going on. with your eyebrows u can get bleaching cream for it and it will lighten the color but make sure you get the type made for eyebrows. also remeber tokeep them well groomed. for your eyes you can get some of the covergirl eye enhacer makeup to brighten you eyes. really hope this helps!!!!

Their are 4 sisters and one other brother, besides my husband. None of them are going to the memorial. My son talked with his cousin, who bashed me on facebook, until she got my husbands phone number from him and then no more communication with her. She called my husband when his sister died and then texted him the date of the memorial. He never responded. She tells everyone on facebook that if I, his wife, had anything to do with it he would not be going. To me, I can't understand how they don't understand how he feels. He only called his sister after he was prodded to by them. His family doesn't like me and has done things in the past to alienate him from them. Now he has a new cell phone, since April, and no one in the family has the number except her because my son gave it to her. She told my son they would like to him and my husband to come see her before she dies, never mentioning me or my other two sons. They have a history of using my kids to get to my husband. It now is all over the internet that I am blamed for my husband not attending. I do not have a facebook account. My son just put it on my phone, when he didn't have a phone and so there is a part of my phone where I can see it. How do I handle this? All the family has one of these accounts and if they never felt bad about me before they will now. I told my husband he has to straighten this out, but how?

My eyelashes always straightens out?

my eyelashes are really long so when I put on mascara it always straightens out. I use CoverGirl lash blast. I curl my lashes and when I put it on, it stays curl for like 5 seconds then it straightens out. I use 2 coats of mascara like I wiggle it from the root to the top but it still straightens out. Gemini wont idle properly?

When i start up my rb gemini it revs straight up to about 3 or 4 grand and stays there. Ive tried reading up about it but havent found anything yet thats helped. I dunno weather its a vacuum leak or i need to play with the idle screws or if the choke is stuck on. So heres the story... Ive like this guy since i was in 7th grade. He was in 11th. In November of my 7th grade year he asked me who I liked, and I told him it was him. He said: "Im to wild for you." I don't l know exactly what that means?? So he started textin me every night after that at 10:30. He never missed a night. And he would always talk to me about his girlfriend. He would send me stuff randomly like : "She said she loved me!' or "I took her out tonight with our youth group" Even when he knew i liked him. Then after they broke up he would talk to me about how mad he was that she had just used him to get over her last bf. We hardly talk anymore. I think I have OCD ? What do I do?

It started in middle school , I did weird things like turn my door knob multiple times & I would have to count in my head to a multiple number , I would step in certain areas in the floor & if I didn't it wouldn't feel right . Hot rollers would work well to but you'd have to put them i tightly. Brief Sickness after Sunbed?

Recently used a sun bed (Well, sun booth, it was one where you stood up)... I was only in for 3 minutes... as it was my first time using a sun bed, and im not planning on using it as a regular thing, just to take the edge of the white glow for summer low, so that i have a slight 'slow'. I have curly hair, and I hate it. I used to straighten it pretty much every day, but I haven't straightened my hair even once in a few months, so my hair has grown a lot longer and is less damaged. I just bought one hair product today that I thought might help my hair not get as damaged from straightening. It's a spray in treatment for damaged and weak overworked hair. Would that help if I sprayed that in my hair before I straighten it? Also, does a good conditioner help? Thanks!

GMC jimmy buzzing noise/vibrations at 30mph+?

Ok so recently I've been having a wierd problem with my 99 4x4 GMC Jimmy. The car itself runs fine. However when I hit roughly 30mph, a wierd buzzing/humming noise starts to come from what sounds like the left side of the car. At higher speeds the buzzing is a bit louder. It also vibrates the floor a bit. However when I am turning to the left, it almost completely stops, but as soon as i straighten out again, it's right back to the buzzing. Turning to the right does not stop the buzzing. Any ideas on what it might be???
