Custom engine replacement?

I have a '94 stealth SOHC and was looking into replacing my engine to the DOHC turbo version, what would I have to replace? More or less... the specs to my car is; V6 3.0 164 hp, 5 speed manual tranny, FWD, the turbo has a 3.0 V6 320 hp 6 speed manual tranny, and AWD. Would I have to replace a lot of things?
