What is a good AWD car for me?

I really want a sporty awd car but the EVO and STI are too expensive for me. I considered the civic si but its fwd and i dont really like fwd cars. So what other cars that are awd can i look at? I want it to be sporty, like i want to be able to tune it and supe it up and stuff.
